But DO NOT get discouraged! The first advice of many is to DEEP CONDITION! I recommend buying alcohol and sulfate free brands, as these chemicals can deter your curly hair journey, and further damage your hair. I personally love using Shea Moisture Black Castor Oil leave-in conditioner, the OGX conditioner lines.
